Miami, Fla.: Dade County Deputy peers anxiously over the top of his patrol car as gun shots ring out in the Brownsville area of Miami for the second straight night as his captor [sic] sits safely handcuffed behind the protection of the automobile. The youth was one of several arrested during the disturbance late 6/16.
