New York: One of the 3,000 policemen who surrounded Madison Square Garden October 24th confronts a group of sign-carrying demonstrators. Inside the garden, 16,000 supporters of third party Presidential candidate George C. Wallace witnessed a Southern-style rally. Outside there were scuffles and at least 25 arrests.
