Abstract
Dr. Slayton discusses the damage Donald Trump has done to the Republican party, both because people of color are repelled by his own comments but also by the lack of criticism shown by other Republican candidates in the presidential race. He also analyzes the impact to the Republican party whether or not Trump becomes the Republican nominee.
