San Francisco: The Son Tay Raiders & the POWs they tried to rescue from North Vietnam are the stars in this downtown motorcade, led by car (front, R) with Col. Robinson Risner (R) senior US POW in N. Vietnam, & Maj. Gen. L. Manor (L), waving to crowd from back seat.
