Luang Prabang, Laos: A Royal Laotian soldier takes up his position in a trench at the Keng Beng outpost 10 miles north of here 3/10. Communist troops attacked a government outpost about 80 miles northeast of Vientiane early 3/16 heavily damaging a bridge on the nation's north-south highway, informed sources said.
