Paris: The South Vietnamese, Viet Cong and North Vietnamese attended a party here late 2/24 to socialize in public for the first time in the history of the 15-year-old war. Viet Cong Foreign Minister Madame Nguyen Thi Binh is greeted by South Vietnamese Foreign Minister Tran Van Lam upon arrival at Hotel Meurice for the party.
