Los Angeles: A very happy Mrs. Barry Peek of Whittier, Ca., holds her son 21-month old Matthew one of the twins she and her husband are adopting. The twins were part of twenty-six Vietnamese children arriving in Los Angeles. All the children are assigned to parents for adoption through Family Ministries of Whittier.
