EST, the time scheduled for the meeting on the China question to begin in the General Assembly, the officials on the rostrum are prompt which is more than can be said for the delegates. On the rostrum are (L-R): Secretary General U Thant, General Assembly President Edvard Hambro and Undersecretary for General Assembly Affairs Constantine Stavropoulos.
