In this camp (T, '69 photo) which houses 7,000, not far from chic Beirut hotels, assorted objects on rooftops of huts keep the tin tops from blowing away. At bottom ('69 photo) Palestinian refugee youngsters play within confines of extreme poverty-striken environment in which they must also live in overcrowded refugee camps.
