Little Rock, Ark.: Central High School here September 10th still looks like an armed camp as National Guardsmen stand watch to keep out Negro students. The officers in charge of the Guardsmen and Gov. Orval E. Faubus were named September 10th in a petition to restrain the use of troops which was issued less than 24 hours after a decree by a Federal judge.
