Description
Atlanta: A near-riot erupted in downtown Atlanta 2/15 after a fight between two Negroes. Scores of police were dispatched to the scene in full riot gear and at least a two block area was sealed off. About a dozen persons were arrested, including the screaming lady. In the rock and bottle throwing, at least one person was injured.
