Little Rock, Ark.: Memphis (Tenn.) black militant Lance 'Sweet Willie Wine' Watson (shown in '69 photo) voluntarily flew here 9/14 and submitted to arrest, satisfying a Forrest City (Ark.) warrant charging him with being a 'disorderly person,' Arkansas State Police said. The disorderly person charge was filed against Watson in connection with an incident the night of 8/26 when he was beaten by a mob of angry whites in Forrest City.
