Hot Springs, Ark.: Policemen stand guard at the liquor store on Hot Springs' Malvern Avenue where a Negro man was wounded during racial violence late 5/16. Witnesses said storekeeper shouted for man to put down liquor bottles he has picked up and then shot man in the neck.
