Washington: The body of slain integration leader Medgar Evers arrived here today and was met by some 1,000 persons who gathered at Union Station to escort the hearse through the streets of the Capital to a funeral home. Evers will be buried in Arlington National Cemetery on Wednesday. Here, the hearse pulls out of Union Station. Note Capitol in background.
