Description
This lithographed tin jalopy was manufactured by Ferdinand Strauss Company in the 1920's. This unique wind-up toy features a clockwork mechanism that is activated with a key. When the jalopy is in motion, the jalopy leaps up, the partially detached front end drops down, and the back end twists to create a leaping effect while rolling. This comical toy is also decorated with humorous sayings.
