Something shifted in me this weekend.

Not in a loud or obvious way — but in the quiet, aching kind of way that lingers.

There were moments that left marks.

Trusts stretched too far. Lines crossed without permission.

Words spoken too carelessly.

Stories overheard that weren’t mine to carry.

And emotions — joy, sadness, envy, intimacy — woven tightly into conversations I’ll be thinking about for a long time.

In the middle of it all, one theme kept surfacing: boundaries. "
