Extracellular Vesicles from PC-3 Cell Culture Supernatant

The objective of this project was to characterize the number and size of extracellular vesicles from supernatant in a cell culture model using a ParticleMatrix PMX 120 NTA. PC-3 cell culture supernatant has 8.6E+11 particles/ml with a median diameter of 143.5 nm.
