Chapman University’s Design Symposium Journal is a refereed journal covering a chosen theme in design. Our first symposium and journal was dedicated to the issues of branding. The journal is published once a year and provides a forum for design scholars, professionals, project managers, writers, and educators. It publishes work and case studies that challenge assumptions and perceptions of design and exemplifies the continued discussion of the ever-changing role of design and designers.
