Fowler School of Law Professor Hugh Hewitt will present the keynote speech at the 2019 Chapman Law Review Symposium. A faculty member since 1995, Professor Hewitt's areas of expertise include constitutional law, politics, elections, separation of powers, and law and culture.

Professor Ronald D. Rotunda was the Doy & Dee Henley Chair and Distinguished Professor of Jurisprudence at Chapman University's Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where he joined the faculty in 2008. He was a magna cum laude graduate of both Harvard College and Harvard Law School, where he was a member of Harvard Law Review.

Professor Rotunda's scholarly work focusing on professional responsibility and constitutional law has been cited more than 2000 times by law reviews, by state and federal courts at every level, from trial courts to the U.S. Supreme Court, and by foreign courts in Europe, Africa, Asia, and South America.
