Moung Kassi, Laos: From high on a ridge, a Royal Laotian soldier watches as a convoy winds it way along Highway 13, the nation's main north-south highway, north of Vientiane here 3/12. Communist troops attacked a government outpost about 80 miles northwest of Vientiane early 3/16 heavily damaging a bridge on Highway 13, informed sources said.
