An Thoi Village, Phu Quoc Island, S. Vietnam: Sister Celestine stand amongst some of the 35 infants under her care at village here 4/18. These children are part of a 136-child orphanage called Sao Mai, that fled from Cam Ranh Bay ahead of the communists. They hope to move to Saigon when it's safe, but if it is not safe, want to move to the United States.
