Description

Trach Han River, Vietnam: Wounded and maimed North Vietnamese prisoners of war are carried to aid station on northern side of the Trach Han River 2/14 following their release by their South Vietnamese captors. Saigon warned 2/15 it will stop releasing Communist POWs unless its own men are released on schedule. In the latest release 2/14, North Vietnamese gunners shelled South Vietnamese positions around Quang Tri City shortly after 175 Communists were released.
