Description

This non-scenic sight is offered to river sportsment at Rockford. This is one of several areas of trash, junk and litter found on the Rock River in Rockford by two state conservation officers from nearby, downtream counties. Paul Beebe, Ogle County, surveys a portion of the trash on the banks of the river near a trucking terminal.
