New York: H. Rap Brown (1968 filer), former head of the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee who dropped from sight more than a year ago, was named as a suspect in a shootout that wounded two policemen here 10/16, a police official said. Brown is wanted by the FBI for interstate flight to avoid prosecution.
