Description
Texarkana, Tex.: Part of a crowd of several hundred persons, that turned back two Negroes who sought to enter Texarkana Junior College here September 10th, stand in front of the school, while in the foreground Texas Rangers and Bowie (Texas) County officers stand by. One of the Rangers said they had no authority to escort the two students, one of them a girl, into the school.
