Description

Tulsa, Okla.: Bob Goodwin (foreground), assistant director of the Tulsa Urban League, conducts a class in black pride Sept. 1st as some sixty black students hold classes outdoors for the second day. The students are refusing to be transferred to a newer, more modern school a half mile away. The school they attended last year was closed because of declining population.
