This collection contains born digital images of the "Paulo Freire Symposium and Archive Dedication" that was held at Chapman University on October 24-25, 2014. The event consisted of "Teaching Critically and Democratically" symposium honoring the work of Paulo Freire and included the re-dedication of the Leatherby Libraries' Paulo Freire Critical Pedagogy Archives. The guest of honor was Dr. Nita Freire, wife of the late Paulo Freire.
