Republican Presidential Candidate Dwight D. Eisenhower talks earnestly with two prominent members of his campaign staff aboard the airliner in which he made his trip to Boise, Idaho. On the right is New Hampshire's Governor Sherman Adams, chairman of the advisory staff. Mrs. Howard served as roll-caller at the Republican Convention in Chicago, in her former position as Secretary.
