Description
The design and illustration for this series are inspired by the more than 480 times that the Bible speaks of joy, enjoyment and rejoicing. Created to enhance a sermon series about the book of Philippians, the art mirrors the adornments found on official deeds or certificates of the past that were intended to be guaranteed and binding. Much like those documents, a Christian’s foundational relationship with the Savior is binding and guaranteed, giving rise to a confidence that those who yield their hearts and lives to the faithful, long suffering, unchanging and loving God will be mercifully offered the facets of joy that this series brings into focus.
