Manila: Flanked by anti-riot police, two Filipino demonstrators march outside the U.S. Embassy here Feb. 21st, carrying a placard that says, 'Nixon Doctrine: Kill! Kill! Kill!' The non-violent protest follows a demonstration Feb. 18th in which riotous mobs stormed the Embassy, penetrating its lobby and causing $78,000 damage, before being repelled by Marine Guards.
