Description

Helen Thomas has been reporting from the White House for 15 years. She is ever in awe of the White House but never its occupants. Kissinger once exclaimed, "Helen, ach, Helen, why does she always print everything I say?" Growald's dispatch is accompanied by two of his own drawings--one of Mr. Kissinger and the other of Helen Thomas in action at a Ford news conference. Growald is a Senior Editor on the UPI staff assigned to the White House.
