The Williamson brothers with local Bahamas officials on the Nautilus, 1914. In back: John Ernest Williamson, Carl Louis Gregory and George Williamson. The governor of the Bahamas, Sir George Basil Haddon-Smith, is at the far right. Lady Haddon-Smith, Colonial Secretary William Hart-Bennett, Captain Haddon-Smith of the English army and his wife, and American Consul William F. Doty were also present to go down for underwater viewing.
