Abstract

Kevin McCabe and Vernon Smith respond to the New Democracy Forum: "Is Equality in Our Nature?" McCabe and Smith reflect on the topics of reciprocity in the welfare system in response to Samuel Bowles and Herbert Gintis. McCabe and Smith look to religious organizations and philanthropic institutions to provide funding. McCabe and Smith do not rely on the government for aid in this important matter.
