Description

This is a radio address that was given by Mr. Chapman during the Bank of America's "Back to Good Times" program. "Back to Good Times" urged Americans to invest and bank their money to help bring the country out of the Depression. Mr Chapman claims Californians have a special obligation to participate, considering its farmers are among the most prosperous in the nation.
